Personal Care Aide

Our Personal care attendants work with patients that need long-term care. They help their patients to dress, bathe and eat, deliver messages, serve meals, make beds and tidy up rooms. They can also be on call to take care of any emergencies that may arise. A personal care attendant may take a patient’s pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure or respiration rate as needed. Personal care attendants are not only responsible for a patient’s physical well-being, but their mental well-being as well as taking the time to befriend their patients to ensure their comfort.
